About
Amity was born and raised in Portland, OR. She is the youngest of three and the only red head in her family. Growing up, her parents expressed the deep importance of friendship. With her name “Amity” meaning “friendship,” it has become an important value of hers and one she wishes to bring with her throughout her career and life.
Creatively, Amity enjoys making design systems, designing posters, planning and executing photo shoots, drawing in her sketchbook, and finding new and old ways to keep her brain excited. She has embraced being a beginner at everything and finds joy in failing, learning, and trying again.
When not working, Amity is either at home knitting or drawing while watching and re-watching TV shows with her cat Wiley or she’s spending time with friends or family probably playing cribbage at a nearby park.
